It was last week that I went to the market to check the availability of the latest best selling science fiction books. There is something very captivating and scientifically motivating about the best selling science fiction books. They inspire the curious person within each one of us with the belief that when it comes to science and technology anything is possible. As long as we are willing to let logical thinking pervade our scientific imaginations, where the mind attempts to resolve the imaginary orbits of scientific possibilities. A world with no end, a world where scientific musings once initiated, continue forever in the form of a passionate obsession that forces the believer of science fiction to travel beyond the boundaries of logically supported and executable science- To travel there where no one has ever been even in his/her imaginations. An imaginary world of endless scientific possibilities where it is not challenged by reality but tested by it.

It is only with this trait one can be the greatest of all science fiction writers or thinkers, and even one of the best science fiction readers. And when that happens there is no doubt that the science fiction concepts that still exist in your imagination will now be able to carefully peep from behind the curtains of obscurity and reveal themselves in the form of top selling and most popular science fiction books.

And when it comes to questions like:

Who are the greatest science fiction writers and which are the best and most famous science fiction books?

You may get varying answers to these queries from several online and offline sources. It is this appeal of the possibility, the appeal of converting a dream into a reality, and the appeal to do something beyond the organic genesis of the universe where you embed your seed of scientific wonder and see it grow and bloom as a reality that emerged from nowhere and from nothing, because it germinated from your dream and then manifested itself as a reality that exists in time and space. Real time and space! It is this wonder of a Big Bang like explosion that thrills the science fiction readers.
