We have been living in this part of the universe for more than 10 million years now. And yesterday our galaxy expanded because of a secret process that takes place within all galaxies. It will be so with our nearest Milky Way galaxy too, and when galaxies expand everything disobeys all known laws of physics. To the extent that nothing in the galaxy and its surrounding space remains stable any longer. And we have been cast in this unstable universe in our spaceship that is unable to cruise through space. 

We cannot stay longer in this crumbling universe because the time raiders are always seeking galaxies that are falling apart due to the process of uncontrolled expansion. The time raiders can easily navigate through these order deprived galaxies because they fly on specific tracks which they determine via a technology exclusively known to them. And when they are in these galaxies their goal is to steal time from the planets hosting intelligent life forms, and right now we are on their radar because they know we are stuck, and our planet contains intelligent life form i.e. us. 

With our planet travelling towards a black hole it was imperative that the intelligent life form occupying the planet would leave if it wanted to survive. And that is what we did. But while we were leaving the time raiders created a time loop and got us entangled in it. And now we are finding it difficult to free ourselves from this entanglement, but nothing appears to be working. Nothing at all. We are caught in this fragment of collapsing space and we are being chased by the time raiders who will do whatever it takes to steal from us. Everything and anything!

Our belief has always been that time raiders manipulate time and when they do it, they steal everything from the civilisation trying to escape the galaxy falling apart. And we do not want to lose even a single moment of time that actually belongs to us. It is our galactic inheritance that nobody can claim from us forcefully.

But how we will respond to this threat is the point of major discussion among our scientists who at the moment have no idea about how to break free from their web of time entanglements.

This phenomenon is understood by our scientists, but they are unable to understand how to break free from it. Usually when time entanglement takes place the space around the object should be highly unstable, with all fundamental forces of the universe behaving in unexpected ways. And since our galaxy is falling apart the space around everything is unstable, this results in time fluxes. But somehow the Time raiders seem to know everything about these time fluxes and they are able to develop time tracks that offer them stable passage through this chaos ridden universe.

Not only that, they can trap a civilisation in this time based mirage where nothing is real, but since everything is disoriented, their projected time loop traps the civilisation in its false perception. Thus getting locked in it as long as the Time Raiders do not undo the time loop.

We can see them approaching in their spaceships, but we have been seeing them approaching at the same distance and in the same orientation for almost a week now. And it may happen they will raid us just now and we may not even know about it, since we are living in a false perception based time loop created by them. And in these raids they usually steal spaceships, food reserves, highly valuable radioactive material that powers our nuclear batteries, and in worst cases they suck out our energy particles and store them in special chambers where they harness them to enhance the lives of their wise beings, who many believe to be more than 10,000 years old. They are the source of all knowledge Time Raiders possess about time and space.

As of now we are living with this fear and it maybe so for many weeks because our scientists have given up, and they cannot understand the time loops and time entanglements that the Time Raiders use to trap civilisations. So, we are left with just one option, wait for them to raid our spaceship.

Being stranded in endless space can be a tiring feeling, because you lose the sense of time, but your body’s memory reminds you of time related sensations. On these occasions you look at the universe and the only thing you see is their spaceships approaching from every side. And it is then you know you are now in the time loop controlled by them. And you begin to lose every hope, waiting for the moment when they will raid the spaceship and take us as hostages to their planet.

That many say, lies at the edge of the universe where time ends. Not only time, everything ends. So, they maybe the Time Raiders, the thieves, but they are the only cosmic race that knows about the end, the end of everything and everyone. And maybe they already know about our end too and they are waiting for the right moment to launch their offensive.

Finally after a long wait and having thought about them for such a long time, our space ship began to move sideways, and it was then our chief spaceship operator declared that we had been raided.

They had tied our spaceship to the strong magnetic field generated by their spaceship and we began moving in the direction of their choosing. Their armed guards managed to breach our security locks and they began examining each one of us. Those whom they considered to be unfit were asked to stay in the spaceship while those who were considered fit by them were asked to accompany them to their spaceship. I happened to be one of them.

Then they suddenly released the spaceship from the magnetic field and we saw it getting hit by many celestial bodies. After a few moments there was nothing left of the spaceship , it had become part of the galaxy where everything was falling apart. Our civilisation had been wiped out and all that remained of it now was just a few of us and our memories about who we were and where we once lived.

But it was like witnessing a wonder seeing their spaceship navigate through the universe where everything seemed determined to hit something. After navigating through these freely falling objects, we reached a very unfamiliar part of the universe, where it was quieter and I realised we had entered their world, and yes, it was their galaxy.

Then their spaceship landed on a planet that looked like a giant surface of some strange metal. Its surface was covered with red and yellow dust that lingered on the surface and left the surface. And it could be possible only if their planet had a higher magnetic field and the dust on the surface was nothing but small fragments of metal.

This dust formed metallic hillocks and plateaus too, and all due to changing magnetic fields. It was a very depressing landscape but it was the planet Time Raiders called their home. 

The strangest being unipolar beams of magnetic fields. They acted as pillars, and on these unipolar pillars stood round metallic balls coated with a layer of magnetic substance with opposite magnetic field compared to the unipolar magnetic beams. And the ball due to its opposite magnetic field got locked over these beams. 

These were their personal homes. On this planet everything was managed by magnetism and magnetic fields. Even transportation. They had made the best use of whatever the planet had to offer.

Finally we reached a huge metallic complex. Which was constructed by using metallic dust reinforced with magnetic layers. The distance between blocks was what caught my attention, because each block of the building was at the same distance from other blocks. And this was due to construction techniques where they manipulated magnetic polarity to develop structures as huge as mountains. 

We must have walked for almost 30 minutes when we entered the hallway. There they tied metallic bands around our wrists and then each band was configured electronically with  a magnetic field emitter. The magnetic field emitter had a range of 40 metres, the moment we exceeded it, it somehow, instead of getting weaker, doubled its magnetic field and pulled us back to the place we were assigned.

They left us there and went away.

It felt strange because even the air had a magnetic feel to it. And while I was trying to see if there was a way to remove the wrist-band, I realised even if I placed my hand over its receiver, it worked perfectly well. I must have been fiddling with it for 5 minutes when someone approached us and asked us to accompany him.

He disengaged the magnetic lock and we followed him.

Then they asked us to stand in a line. We all obeyed. Finally they pushed us into glass chambers, and we have been here for a week now. We do not feel hungry although we have not eaten anything for more than a week now. 

We are now being shifted to some special facility and we will be finally seeing the wisest beings who are said to be as old as 10,000 years old. On seeing us they open their eyes, and express their grief about the loss of our people and the planet.

Then what they said surprised me the most, “Now you will be assimilated with our population and we will teach you our ways. And we would also like to know about your ways too. You will be transported to our main planet tomorrow, which is as beautiful and as green as your planet. But we only allow the deserving ones to reside there. So, you should be glad that you are getting a golden opportunity to begin anew. We will see to it that all your needs are taken care of.

And maybe now you know, that Time Raiders are better rescuers, but to maintain the secret about our primary planet we had to spread this rumour.

By the way when you were caught in the time loop it was not created by us, it gets auto created when space around an object experiences major disruptions and gravity begins to degrade. This creates an impression of time lapse or time manipulation, whereas the fact is that atoms in this space are reacting so rapidly and releasing so much energy that you experience an effect similar to what you would experience if you were to travel in a machine that could travel faster than light.

And it makes sense for us to raid spaceships at these moments because then the rumour about us turns into reality. But to make it happen our spaceships have special sensors that enable the spaceships to navigate through spaces experiencing heavy and uncontrolled showers of heavenly bodies from every side. 

At times when needed we create magnetic clouds with different layers of magnetic fields, we do this if we enter a zone where we are sure that the smart propulsion systems of our spaceship will be overwhelmed.

Anyway, relax now and be happy on the planet that from now on will be your home.
